GoodYou Marketing is a digital marketing agency at 399 Boylston St, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02116. We operate this website and are responsible for the information you share through it.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact or careers form, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, company or website and your message. Careers applicants may also share work history and links. With each form we record basic information about how you reached our site, such as the page you arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link.
When you browse the site, we use cookies and similar tools to understand how visitors use it and to measure our marketing. This information includes the pages you view, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use and your approximate location.
The tools we use
We load these tools through Google Tag Manager:
- Google Analytics, to measure site traffic and which pages and campaigns work.
- Microsoft Clarity, to see how visitors use our pages through heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity masks form entries.
- The Meta pixel, to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and to show our ads to people who've visited our site.
- RB2B, which can identify the company you work for and, for some visitors in the United States, a public professional profile, so we can understand who's interested in our services.
- HubSpot, to manage our contacts and see which pages a contact has visited.
How we use it
We use your form details to reply to your inquiry or application, to talk about working together and to keep a record of our conversations. We use analytics and advertising data to improve the site, measure our marketing and reach people who may need our services. We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
We rely on service providers to run the site and manage inquiries, including Netlify for hosting and form processing, Google for analytics and email, Microsoft for Clarity, Meta for advertising, RB2B for visitor identification, HubSpot for our customer records and Slack for internal notifications. These providers handle your information on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we're discussing or working on a project with you, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. We keep careers applications for up to two years in case another role fits. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you've given us by emailing info@goodyoumarketing.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and you can manage the ads you see from Meta in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
Children
This site is meant for businesses, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
